Terms of Service

AiiA Pre‑Screens provides prescreening diagnostics for collectible cards. We are not a prescreening company, do not assign official grades, and do not represent any third‑party prescreening service.

1) What We Do

Our service analyzes uploaded images using proprietary overlays, edge‑to‑edge millimeter calibration, and AI‑assisted diagnostics to generate A.I.I.A. Advanced Insight & Intelligent Assessment™ — customer‑friendly insight into a card’s submission readiness. These are informational opinions only, offered for education and decision support.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service lawfully.

3) Payments & Refunds

• Fees are disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled.
• Because the Service delivers digital diagnostics immediately, all sales are final unless required by law.

4) No Official Grades — Independent Third Parties

We do not speak for, or guarantee outcomes at, PSA, BGS, CGC, or any third‑party grader. All final prescreening outcomes are determined solely by those companies and may differ from our opinions.

5) Intellectual Property

The following are proprietary to AiiA Pre‑Screens and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade‑secret law: the AiiA Style Blue Overlay™; overlay colorways and glow treatments; mm‑labeling schema; centering crosshair layout; report templates and page designs; icons, animations, logos, and brand names including AiiA™, Authentic Insight & Intelligent Advisory™, and A.I.I.A. Advanced Insight & Intelligent Assessment™. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works from these materials.

6) Trade Secrets & Confidentiality

Our prescreening workflow, feature extraction methods, calibration steps, and evaluation heuristics are confidential trade secrets. You agree not to access, disclose, or use them except through normal use of the Service.

7) User Content & License

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. You grant AiiA Pre‑Screens a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to process, analyze, and display the images solely to provide the Service, improve quality, and create anonymized analytics.

8) Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to scrape, copy, or extract the overlays, templates, or workflow.
• Uploading unlawful content or violating the rights of others.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Insights are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiiA Pre‑Screens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; shipping losses; lost profits; or expectation damages related to third‑party prescreening outcomes.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiiA Pre‑Screens from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and AiiA Pre‑Screens waive class actions. Venue and governing law: State of Alaska, USA (without conflict rules).

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
