• AiiA Pre‑Screens provides prescreening diagnostics only — not prescreening.
• All insights, including A.I.I.A. Advanced Insight & Intelligent Assessment™, are opinions and not guarantees of third‑party outcomes.
• Final grades are determined solely by third‑party graders; results may differ.
• You assume all risks related to mailing, handling, and storage of your cards.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release AiiA Pre‑Screens and its personnel from any claims, losses, or damages (including indirect or consequential damages) arising from your use of the Service.
• You agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration under the Terms of Service.
